Hey! I’m Kimberley Walsh, the founder of Birch Bark Staging LLC, based in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
My mission is to help homeowners and their families through the, often stressful, experience of selling their home. Personal experience with my Mom in 2016, had me realize the difficulty each step in the process was for her, physically and mentally. Mom, and that overwhelming process for her, was the catalyst for the creation of Birch Bark Staging, LLC. Whether due to exciting changes and a growing family or life-changing events that require the immediate need to sell your home; my goal is to always serve your family with care, kindness and compassion.

I’ve always been passionate about helping others, design, DIY projects and making our home into a place of peace and rejuvenation. I love helping other people make those ideas a reality in their own homes. In working with the senior community for many years, I pride myself on being kind, caring and compassionate while still being to-the-point and efficient. It is a very difficult process to downsize a parent’s home, especially if you are in another state, and not there to oversee the items that they feel “need to be moved with them”. The process is painful for them! My Mom was in her home for over 50 years and all those memories of celebrations, family holidays, gatherings with friends and, of course, all the changes and updates that had taken place over the years. It is a process for them to move through all those emotions and attachments.
Understanding that money can be a concern, I always want to help you get the most for your budget. Together, we can find creative ways to re-purpose, re-use, re-imagine and create that vision for the largest number of prospective buyers to start making memories in your beautiful home! Keep in mind, the dollars you spend on properly preparing your home to sell will be far less than the amount of the first price reduction if it doesn’t sell.
