Home Staging

Selling your home can be a very emotional process and often occurs during a time of changes within the family. Our goal is to support you through the process and help you stay focused on your goal–for potential buyers able to envision themselves living there!

We start the process with a Room by Room Staged to Sell Consultation. Together we go through each room to create a comprehensive list of action items (including interior, exterior, basement and garage). We will prioritize your list to get you on your way to organizing, de-personalizing, decluttering, and the packing that will, ultimately, start the process of getting you ready for the sale of your home and moving on to the next.

We can also provide ongoing support with completing the action items, or additional services such as being present for photo shoot day to ensure all the small details are taken care of, open house preparation, purchasing new items and accessories, coordination of de-staging any rental items or providing referrals to painters or movers.

Other Services

We also offer other decorating and design support, even if you aren’t going anywhere! We’re happy to take a look at spaces you aren’t using to their fullest, rooms that could use a bit of a refresh, or even individual pieces that could use a new take on life. These projects could include…

Life Engagement

Through the process of working at the assisted living facility, my every interaction with the residents solidified my love and compassion for the senior community. If you, or someone you know, is caring for a loved one at home and need to run some errands or just need a mental break; I would be honored to sit and have positive interactions, share smiles and give them a sense of purpose for their day. We can reminisce about things they did growing up, bingo, a game of cards, coffee and conversation, a puzzle, trivia or whatever makes them smile! One of my favorite things was during happy hour for “drinks and ink”! The smiles and laughter were contagious for all of their temporary tattoos!
